Job Description

Acts as primary point-of-contact for multiple customers
Manages day-to-day project-flow, from start to finish, through the company's systems with ease; works closely with internal customer service team
Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of company product lines
Proactively calls on new accounts in the region
Proactively finds new ways to build client business and foster account growth
Masters and maintains vast knowledge of customers’ business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
Provides timely quotes and follows up on all customer requests and needs
Creates and maintains collaborative and productive alliances with suppliers and other partners
Monitors expense budget for accuracy and timeliness
Must travel to determined regions quarterly
Must travel to sales meetings, conferences, training and conventions

Required Skills

BA with interests or emphasis in Sales, Marketing or a related field
At least 2 years experience in sales and/or account managing
Strong grasp of additive and lubricant industry
Some knowledge in each area of business
Strong leadership skills
Strengths in sales and marketing
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communicator with superior writing skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
