Minimum Order Quantity
When placing an order, the minimum requirement is:
Drums: 4 drums
Bulk: 1,000 gal.
We are committed to acknowledging all orders received during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST) within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are entered into the system within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
We offer competitive lead times for our products that reflect the time necessary to process and prepare orders in a safe and cost-effective manner. Our lead times are calculated from the time an order is entered into our system. An order confirmation is provided within 24 to 48 hours of order entry and can be sent via fax or e-mail.
The lead times below are expressed in business calendar days. This is the typical time required from order receipt to order shipment.
Bulk, made-to-order: 10 - 14 Days
Package, made-to-order: 10 - 14 Days
Quick Turn Around Orders (QTAs)
If you need a quick turnaround order (QTA), we will do everything possible to process the order as quickly as possible without delaying other customers’ shipments. Please note that there may be extra fees associated in producing a QTA order, which would be explained prior to processing the order.
Split Load Orders
We offer split load options for a fee of $250 per truckload. Split loads are also subject to the freight difference of that of single compartment loads. These are not our fees, but rather the truck carrier fees.
